Why is there no normal draft ?

MokoMilk··1 votes·524 views

i'm new to the game so i was wondering why is there no normal draft ?

i played Braum 2 times today and meet Brand twice and the experience is not fun cause he poke my adc too much (their adc is MF so the poke don't end there). And i was thinking to my self if i know enemy support is brand i would have gone Nami, but if only i know.

I was doing some googling and found there is no normal draft for the Oceania serve.. Sucks that you can't play it. :( Don't know why riot removed it.
