GRAPHICS/ HEALTH BAR ISSUE PLEASE HELP

Greetings Summoners, After getting a new gaming laptop which is much more powerful than my last (GeForce 750 -> 1060) (8gb ram -> 16) and it appears that after installing the "GeForce experience" drivers I am having an issue where my health bar above my champion is bugging out and not moving smoothly with my champion, appearing to be wiggling back and forth. this is very obnoxious and distracting and it might also be doing the same for my entire camera. how do I fix this? here is a video demonstrating the issue, it is somewhat hard to see in the video I tried my best capturing it, and is best seen in the middle of the clip: League bug/glitch video
