Hi there. I love League of Legends but i kind of disagree with the balance team on some points. So i created a small patch, almost entirely with nerfs (buffs will come later but i'ts much harder) It is only the first version so a lot can still change :)

Aatrox : Base hp : Lowered by 20 Q : Base damage of the non critical hit halved W : Time to get out of the zone + 0.2 second R : Move speed when reviving - 25%

Akali : Base regen hp : - 30% Q : healing halved W : + 4 seconds cooldown - 3 seconds duration R : first activation - 100 range ; second activation - 200 range

Alistar : Base ms : - 5 W : + 2 seconds cooldown E : Stun duration + 0.2 second

Braum : Q : Mana cost + 20/15/10/5/0 W : Cooldown + 2 seconds

Camille : Q : True damages - 10% E : Reactivation time - 25%

Darius : Base magic resistance : - 3 Q : Stem damages halved E : Hitbox - 10 R : Ad ratio - 10%

Galio : Q : Base damage - 20 all ranks R : Damage - 50/25/0

Irelia : Base ms : - 5 Passive : No buffs until full stack Q : Cooldown between champions 1 second W : duration - 20% ; damages halved R : Slow - 40%

Kayn : E : Sooner ejected off of wall if hit R : Healing in darkin form - 25%

Leblanc : Passive : stealth duration halved W : cooldown + 3 seconds R : cooldown +4/2/0 seconds

Lucian : Q : damages -15/10/5/0/+5 R : Cooldown + 12/8/4 seconds

Nocturne : Passive : Healing -40% Q : Debuff duration - 1.5 seconds R : Paranoïa - 1 second

Poppy : Base magic resistance : - 3 Q : Cooldown + 1 second

Pyke : W : Bonus ms - 15% R : - 50 damages all ranks

Rakan : E : Cooldown + 3 seconds

Shen : Q : + 50% damages to minions E : - 30 damages all ranks

Sion : Q : Stun duration - 0.2 second R : Cooldown + 10 seconds

Singed : Base ms : - 5 Base armor : - 3

Syndra : Base mana regen : - 15% Q : Cooldown + 0.5 second

Taliyah : Base armor : - 2 Q : First proc - 15%

Urgot : Base hp regen : -25% Passive : True damages halved Q : Detonation + 0.1 second W : Shield duration - 1 second R : Slow duration halved ; Urgot ms halved

Viktor : Base mana regen - 30% Q : Upgraded q ms - 20%

Xin Zhao : Base ad : - 4 E : Cooldown + 1 second R : duration -1/0.5/0 second

To explain myself : I tried here not to take away much of each champion strengths but to create them weaknesses. For Leblanc i'm not taking away any of her burst, just making sure she can be punished. For Irelia, i'm not touching her burst, just reducing her mobility a bit, and giving opponents counterplay. For Braum or Alistar, i'm letting them be as tanky as now, just not as powerfull in the early game For Viktor, i'm allowing him to be tanky and still dealing a lot of damages, but i'm reducing his lane pressure For Akali, i'm letting have burst, and i'm letting her shroud protecting her from towers, but i'm reducing her healing and making it easier to punish her The only real exeption is Urgot, but he is just way too powerfull atm.

i would also nerf kayn speed on his E but overall lovely patch

You want to reduce Akali, Poppy, Irelia, Pyke to oblivion? What is Urgot passive's true damage

If you want feedback: 1.) Proposing nerfs (and actually meaningful nerfs) to a whole champions kit is way too much unless you want some more champions down to the deep dark dephts in that Galio, Ryze and Azir dwell. Which really shouldn't be the goal if you are serious about balancing and not just stupidly hating on a champ.

2.) I dont understand why some of these champs need nerfs. Like why nerf Syndra? Singed? Viktor already gets nerfed upcoming patch which most likely will solve his top lane problem. And you are not actually seriously suggesting to NERF FUCKING GALIO?
