Please buff/VU/REWORK OLD CHAMPIONS RIOT!

It is hard to watch these skillful champions be flushed down the drain just for not fitting the meta or are just plain bad. I know people can still play these champions but I checked the numbers on www.lolking.net/champions/ and they still suck.

Here's just 5 of the least popular champions in league judging by popularity: Urgot - 0.44% Sion - 1.1% Galio - 1.12% Poppy - 1.27% Viktor - 1.29%

Wanna take a look at the top 5 champions? Leona - 27.31% Cait - 27.64% Thresh - 28.68% Morg - 30.89% Trist - 31.61%

Obviously some champions have to be at the bottem, but there's a reason for each. Let's take a look at Poppy. She can be super ham tank and become invincible for a period of time against certain foes. Then late game, she gets crushed right when the enemy team decides to not attack HER, attack her team, then kills her. She can't go assassin ap either (it works) but she falls apart when she just gets busted down. Now let's look at Urgot. He is A ADC! And yet since hes so weak right now, people are forced to head top and go tanky or he just gets crapped on by the bot lane. Also, what kind of ult does he have? I know he gets armor and MR but HE'S MEANT TO DEAL DAMAGE! NOT BE A TANK! And when you teleport into the enemy team, its not so helpful to turn into the main target.
