This champion has to be cooler than the majority of champions gthat are in the game right now. Here's a TL;DR of his abilities-
(Disclaimer- I'm sorry if I misinterpreted any of his abilities, I'm not the greenest pickle in the jar :v)

Crushing Wave: A straight line skillshot that damages enemies it hits. BUT if you hit a water elemental (says it would be his R), then another Crushing Wave gets sent out in the direction the water elemental is facing, starting at the elemental.

Vortex: Well creates a whirlpool at a target location (I think of Anivia ult-lookin' thing) that does DoT to enemies in it. Champs moving away from the whirlpool have their MS decreased by 90%, but it is only a decrease of 30% MS if they're moving perpendicularly to the whirlpool.

Torrent: Creates a heavy downpour that covers the entire map. Increases friendly units' Health and Mana Point regeneration, and all friendly Heroes gain increased Spell Damage. (Just copied and pasted, really no way to paraphrase that lol)
This champion was conceived in 2012, but Riot didn't have the technology to make all the abilities. But with their modern tech, I think they can definitely make this happen.
