What is a strong and durable early game TOP laner?

Hi guys! I was wondering what champion should I pick for top lane. I am looking for a high damage early game so I can push/kill that is also durable late game? Any suggestions? I have tried but except Jax they don't have such a big damage. Thank you in advance!

Yorick, Mordekaiser, Illaoi with Deaths Dance, Jax with a Tri force start with Titanic Hydra.....

Chogath is my go to top laner. Early levels I can get kills, and scale into a super tank late game with good damage.

Rengar might not be so durable late game, but if you seek for high burst lvl 1, rengar does the job ;) he can probably solo kill almost any top laner lvl 1. Just hide in Bush when they come cs jump out and q for easy first blood ;) [sg-ezreal]

From my experience, Pantheon is quite painful with corrupting potion level 3. He hits power spike level 3 <3
