Something I'm curious about. on support items, the parts that says increase % on heals, does this include life steal heals? As well as does Kleds passive count as a shield? like say you get redemption, does the 10% to heal and shield work?

% heal shield affects all heals and shield, including lifesteal and Vamp and self shielding. That said, Kled's Passive does not count as a shield nor a heal but an Bonus HP buff like Gnar's Passive, Renekton and Nasus' Ults and Lulu's Ulti.
It does affect Kled's Ulti shield tho.
I can't imagine kled would want to use a slot on redemption even if it did benefit those things (which it does not).
