Kalista and Azir

So i just had a couple questions regarding these two champions. First is, why would you make kalistas jumps scale with level of boots when Talons WALL JUMP scales with his move speed? The passive is actually just stupid useless now. The other is, what made you guys want to bring Azir down so much? I remember when he was "good" you had to have some decent skill to play the guy, its not like annie where you walk in and just spam buttons. Azir was all about presicion and timing, now hes more trash than kalista. (Jk no one will ever feel as useless as her right now) my main question is however, will you be bringing these champions back to a solid state of playability again? Because as of right now, they are beyond garbage and i miss playing them very much.
