When is Riot going to fix Shyvana's ult?

I remember Riot being positive in season 3 on problem of Shyvana's rage not rising when she dies. This is not a problem in the early games, but in the later games, when death means a 6, 70 second rest, this is a huge disadvantage. When other champs have their used ult returned when revived, shyvana's rage start from 0... hardly a plus factor when your nexus towers are in peril. Riot said they would do something about this(or consider; it was so long ago that i don't remember the whole comment correctly) and soon, shyvana became top tier toplaner and all was forgotten. So does Riot think it's not appropriate to buff the factor that they once approved?

Not only that, but shyvana's ult have many problems. It's slow and has one of the worst touching area(sorry i'm not native so I don't know what to call this in English), not to say it gets knocked off by any knockback/airborn skill(well Riot seems to have a reason not to buff this, but considering what Hekkarim/Vi/etc can do with their ult, I wonder this means alot...)

Well, with the burnout(w) nerf in pbe(I really wish riot would explain nerfsand buffs more clearly... we nerfed this due to xxx's synergy to this item, etc.) I do believe buffing her ult will help her out in top lane(or buff e damage like the previous experience in pbe...just the damage not that horrid unpentrateable e)

They should nerf Shyvana's damage but in return make her ultimate actually a playmaker. Right now, there's a 1/100 chance you will actually do something with it, and sure it happens and you can end up shoving the enemy team into an area that allows someone like Amumu, Orianna, Azir, etc to follow up and basically secure an Ace for your team, but it's extremely unlikely.

Nerf her damage, but make her unable to be CC'ed while ult'ing. I think It's pretty hilarious how Quinn can still backflip and stop Shyvana's ult though.
