Sanction Custom Skins!

I'd used custom skins for years before this January and I'm really missing them. Is there a way we can get a Dev kit of some kind to allow us to use custom skins? Maybe make it easy to use in normals / ARAM if you guys are afraid people will use model/texture editting to cheat.

I put a lot of work into my custom mods and learned a lot about modeling, rigging, and texturing. I think the change of storage method wasn't intended to kill custom skins but it was pretty hard to the small community of people relying on Wooxy.

I wish they'd have a community skin pool where we could vote on the ones we want and rito would release them officially with a chunk of the money going to the creator

imagine the cool ideas

imagine project skins for literally every champion because noone has cool ideas other that "OMG PROJECT JANNA" "OH THAT GEWD, WE NOW NEED PULSEFIRE JANNA TOO"

Yeah I think it'd be cool to have any kind of Steam Workshop sort of setup but I'm sure that'd be an art director's nightmare for them.

It'd be nice if it was at least an option to opt into.
