I hate this new CLIENT for MAC since it came out

Makes my processor speed up and consume more battery than normal, that did not happen to me with the old client, I see that we all use Macbooks the same thing, please help us correct those problems, those problems make me not want Play at all.

Please Help US.

Is there a hardware acceleration option? You might want to toggle it if there is.
