during this game of URF, our premade of 4 found out that it would be the most terrifying game of our lifes, as we found out, that garen can stack his E damage if he cancels it. is this a bug? is this a "feature"? who knows, but i only know one thing: riot nerf plz

Yea this was completely and Utterly unfair and making urf even more unbalanced, i tried it in a solo Urf and was able to take drag with ad runes and masteries with Longsword and 3 pots at level one because of this, it is really broken. item 3070
