Riot please encourage jungling. its too hard to play mid lane because of it

Every game in every bronze/iron league, we have a freaking jungler that suck all the time. They wont gank, they wont farm, dude none of the junglers are good. Why is riot not encouraging people to play jungler? Every game in low elo, we got a jungler who sucks so much. They can't farm, they can't do anything. They wont gank, they even get outplayed by supports. Its much easier to play diamond elo than low elo especially as a mid laner, so why do junglers suck so much??

No one said you had to have a jungler. You can run a 2nd supp and duo lane mid or top so it's your choice for having a jungler

You are playing at a lvl where people quite frankly and honestly just plain suck and you are wondering why your jungler isn't good? You are playing at a lvl where people barely even know what map awareness even is and that is something crucial to being a jungler.
