Either nerf Kha'zix or buff Kayn please.

I was playing Kayn Jungle against a Kha'zix jungle. He made a surprise invade and stole my blue buff as soon as I got there which lead to a full 1v1 battle. I was lvl 3 with red buff while Kha'zix was lvl 2 double buffed and yet he still won the battle. I don't know if it's considered balanced but both are melee damage dealer champions and so a lvl 2 champion should not beat a lvl 3 Kayn. I have felt like Kayn underperforms because hes just a bit too squishy even with red form at times so i'd ask for a buff on him or just take it down a notch on khazix'. I have a highlight of it saved through the client but don't know how to link it to show how it happened.
