Riot pls nerf master Yi he is too strong at low ranks,my last game i was playing vs him and he carry his teammates. I was playing as Olaf, i kill him 1vs1 once but after 45 min he was be able to 1vs4 . When he got full build he almost 1vs5 us, we had full build Nasus no our team but even he cannot kill him.

So pls nerf him he is too strong.

they have never made balance changes based on low elo and never will

They factor in low elo a bit though, otherwise yi would get buffed. They said before that they can't make yi decent in higher elos, as it would break him in low elo. But you are right that they won't make balance changes solely based on low elo
