call me what you want by my rank but from the games i have played New fizz takes way too long to come online and has been relegated to a 1vs1 splitpush champion that must use TP and force the enemy team to come to you his old build doesnt provide enough burst as fizz doesnt have any attack speed growth that makes him relevant to a team fight nor does he have the hybrid stats of an akali kata or jax to help him just burst full on, fizz now has to have extended fights with out the ratios in his kit to help and many items dont synergise with him anymore hextech is not viable nor is lichbane rush. his new build which is his most powerful is to expensive and wont come online till 25 mins and most games are over by then unless your ahead or the team plays passive fizz must buy nashors 3000 gold sorcboots 1100 lichbane 3200 wits end 2600 or rageblade 3600 with void 2650 and rabbadons 3800 .

items such as rylais liandryds morello zhyonas have no use on fizz and will simply lead to letting your team down feeding and being useless all game as you wont even be able to split push with these items you need attack speed to weave in autos and kill the enemy you need to the attack speed as you are now a spliting bruiser either give fizz better attack speed growth or hybrid stats to help in lane to actually do his job as an assassin as right now he is not an assassin he is a bruiser that cant abuse tank items and is very limited in his item choice to do his most powerful damage and end game fast
