I play at a mid plat - low plat elo and completely stomped the enemy team on my first game of the season and i get placed in silver 2? Doesn't that ruin the game for everyone I have to go up against? I'm not worried about the grind, it's going to be easy to get back to plat... but why waste everyone's time and make lower elo players hate the game. I'm not playing ranked to play a game I know I can win, I play ranked because I want to get better and play against people who will push me above my threshold. I don't know, maybe riot does this so people don't hit their peak too fast and get "hardstuck" and stop playing the game. All I know is, that it feels redundant and less fun to play easy games win ranked.. that's what norms are for. Share your opinions in the comments below, I want to know how everyone else feels about this.

I play at a gold Elo, I lost 2 games out of 10, I was placed in bronze 3........ BROKEN AF

You are still playing against plat players because all the plat players are in silver... All the bronze and iron are all iron 4 all the low silver are iron 1 and the high silver are bronze 4 etc.... It makes no sense because we are all still playing with the same level of players just in a tier way lower then ours... And they expect us to climb out of it easily well if we can climb out of silver easily playing against plat players then we should easily climb out of plat also... Its the first game I've ever played that totally screwed up the whole entire ladder....

3/5 members of the enemy team finished platinum last season, the other 2 mid gold.

your team as well, had 3 platinums and a gold.

it wasnt actually as unfair for the enemy team as you think.

I think its lower than before because they are trying to fix the fuckup from last year since the reset really didnt mean jack shit.
