Suggestions for players who enjoyed Dominion but do not enjoy Summoner's Rift

In the Press Release detailing the retirement of Dominion, Riot states that they hope fans of Dominion will join them on Summoner's Rift.

The problem, of course, is that many people who enjoyed Dominion played Dominion because they did not enjoy Summoner's Rift. I am among those people. I do not enjoy a focus on last hitting and I prefer gameplay that is faster paced and more demanding on positioning. Dominion offered that.

What I'm asking is this: your solution for Dominion fans is likely not very appealing for many of us. I'd love to keep playing League of Legends, but I didn't play SR in the first place because I didn't enjoy it. Do you play some sort of recourse, or are players like me just out of luck? I don't mean this to be sarcastic or snide -- I'm actually asking.

Dominion had a faster pace and none of the boring build up. Sometimes I don't want to sit down for an hour long game, and since fun on Murder Bridge depends on if you land on a good champion or not Dominion was the place to be for moi. Christ knows what's next.

Hour long games aren't a thing right now. Most games are decided 10 minutes in and over in 25 minutes.

I believe I speak for the entire Dominion, 3v3 and ARAM (since it's only a matter of time when will those get shafted too): You can stick SR and LCS where the sun doesn't shine so deep that it comes out of your mouth.
