need some tips on how 2 win the game as adc from wining my lane

so here is my story. i was plat 2 in promos for plat 1 i lost then and atm im plat 4 with 25 lp and tilted af i am a adc main usually was wining with that role but now i just cant do a thing i usually win lane and then yi rengo and kha in 1 team 1 shot me and idk what i should do and i get pissed because im falling so hard please help everything that you say is appriciated <3(i can play any adc but i have the most fun with )

If you win lane, the best way to snowball is towers...take your tower, rotate mid and take that tower then rotate top and take that tower. This opens up your map, gives a boatload of gold, and enables dragon/baron pressure easier, as you can get deep vision easier. The key, never be caught out alone. Always have your support or jungler or maybe even both with you

if you're really fed you could try to build a tank item like item 3053 t gives you a nice shield if you get bursted and duo with a good support helps a lot to someone who can play a good peeler especially if you pick vyne cause you can peel a bit you'reself to

Looking at your champ pool there and seeing the list of champs that are 1-shoting you (yi, rengar, you are already at a disadvantage because all the ADCs you play have low mobility and no disengage( with the exception of vayne, but her short range can make you get caught out).

Try switching up the champs and try trist or luc, maybe graves since they can pump out damage as ADC but can escape if they need to. Even if they aren't your best, I have found that when I play unfamiliar champs in any role, I do very well because I know that I am not used to them which forces me to play cautious and safe. This should lead to a few wins and might be the change of pace you need.

even if i switch to luc i dont wanna play trist kinda weak cant do a thing yi or something like that just jumps i try 2 kite him and i die anyway becuase reasons no defensive items save me i try 2 get some life back with my lifsteal but that dosent seem 2 stop them only thing i can do is pray 2 god my team is good or? and i just have the most fun with those adc im a noliifer have every adc at lvl 5 and can play them at a agerave lvl or even some exceptionaly Twitch

Well, if you don't want to change champs to even out the natural disadvantage of immobility, you could also try rushing Zonyas. I've had to do it a few times as bot ADC (Jinx & Cait) main because I have run into a couple Zed sups that can poke and tower dive for days. One game I played had a Zed tower dive me and kill me 4 times in the first 10 min even though I completely gave up on CS and hugged or stood behind my tower. But after building Zonya's, after BF sword, he couldn't do anything and we came back to win that game.

I would follow the advice about rotating around the map and avoiding engages as other people have posted, but in addition to that try getting Zonya's for when you go get caught out by a bursty assassin cause once they use their combo, if you can avoid that then you should be able to take them out easy as ADC.

Assassins like rengar and kha'zix that ignore your team and dive you are best negated by sterak's or some kind of defensive item. Sustain damage champs like Yi are best countered by sticking with your team.

Either way, just don't do what I see a bunch of adcs do and stay bot after a tower goes down. It doesn't matter whose tower goes down, once one does, the laning phase is over. Push the wave the other way and then go mid.

yi is sustained but his dmg is enough too 3 auto me that shit aint sustained at all

You almost have to use an adc that has mobility if you want to win as they are immensely superior if played correctly.
If you win lane, roam and go try to get the rest of the outer turrets as quickly as possible. Do not get caught in bot lane near their inner turret and ganked for easy kills. If you can just get all the outer turrets and your team takes over all of the jungle your team should probably win.
If you really want to play the ADCs you listed, I recommend getting a Janna support. If she's good, an enemy should not be able to just dive you and one-shot you.

the problem is if i group with the team and try 2 get objectives they are either dumb and just dont know how to teamfight or are afk or the enemy is so fed i cant carry becuase they just jump on me.. forgot im from EUNE QQ
