Ranked and the trolls

I am currently stuck in bronze its been a couple of months but I have lots of problems with trolls or just people who leave or go afk i feel like anything silver and below are trolls i climbed into bronze one then someone fed because he didn't get the lane he wanted. I think it would be fair for the people who actually tried to at least keep there LP instead of losing 21 lp because one person was unsatisfied.

get armor pen or magic pen runes and ull get out of bronz

I've been bronze 3 since the season start, and i can't climb for that same reason. Once our top wanted to play Riven, but banned her instead and got mad because they thought we banned her. So she locked in Sona top and fed ._.
