Why on EARTH doesn't Flex 5v5 matchmaking take into account a player's Solo Queue MMR???

Maybe this isn't a problem for players at higher ELOs, but for recreational players like myself and my Flex 5v5 team it gets really frustrating. It seems like more often than not, our squad of mostly Bronze and Silver tier players are getting matched with players who are Platinum+ (sometimes diamond) in Solo Queue who are just on some trolling low Silver flex team. I can't tell you how many times I've opened the OP.gg after the game and seen and entire team of Gold, Plat, and Diamond Solo Queue players staring back at me.

I've attached a screenshot of one of the less heinous ones that I've gotten recently, where I was actually playing with only a single teammate in Flex 5v5.

But as you can see our Silver 4 and Silver 3 bot lane got matched against a Plat 5 and Silver 1 enemy lane. In the "best bot lane wins" meta that we've played in for the last season, we stood no chance, even with me holding the Diamond 5 top at bay. The second you break laning phase you're pitted against someone who is much better mechanically than everyone on your team, knows the meta much better, and is fed beyond belief.

Huge oversight in my opinion and really ruining the game experience for some of us.

Latest round of BS. Please tell me how this makes sense.

My Team: S4, S3, S2, S4, G5 Enemy Team: P2, G5, G5, G3, S4

Here's another. Going to keep them coming:

Enemy Team: D4, P3, P5, G5, S2 My Team: G3, G5, S1, S3, B3

This game is a perfect example of why this is a terrible matchmaking paradigm. Tahm Kench is supposed to go top against MAlphite, but because they see the mismatch, the send their Diamond 4 Twitch up top against our Bronze 3 Malphite and he gets absolutely dominated. Luckily we were able to get our bot fed enough that we squeaked out a win, but 95% of the time that's a loss.
