Someone tell me these champs are getting a nerf in the future

My god katarina takes my health down so fast in early levels and even faster in late game. combo is so fast its difficult to counter play against her. really need hard cc to take her down but even they she goes after the squishies and deletes them in a mere second. Can we get some counter play against her? or at least a nerf on that E and passive damage
