Why does Riot consider this to be a fair match?

Just finished using the Team Builder game play function, and had the following match-up.

Now, I realize that losing to better people helps make you better, etc., but how is just getting totally obliterated with zero chance to do anything supposed to be fun?

Now, I can appreciate that match-making isn't an exact science, and there are a lot of variables in play, but presenting people with a match that they have no chance but to lose spectacularly is the worst possible scenario.

Just don't use teambuilder. Its matchmaking design is screwed up, and it's exacerbated by its small queue population.

Teambuilder's MMR system has always been pretty skewed.

Different queues have different MMRs. Also based off whether you have played a champion/role in TB before who you get placed with. It's entirely possible none of them have even played TB before.
