I was in a game against a nautilus and ivern where both of them had a locket. and i just wanted to ask what how do you do anything about that? like the nautilus couldn't die, the terror on my face as i watch a nautilus tank 25 tower shots in a row without it even touching his health was actually so unbelievably annoying to have to try and counter

Well, we removed tanks being able to heal in combat, so in response they added more shielding... It's about the only thing supports and tanks are allowed right now.
Wait, I thought we had damage creep now and tanks die in 3 autos from an ADC? Which way is it? Tanks can't be invincible and die instantly at the same time.

To be honest this:
Needs nurfed or completely removed from the game. Then just about every tank will actually become fairly balanced.
Attaching any type of damage to healing is a terrible idea in general. I have no idea how this potion made it out of the drawing board.
ADC. Thats the answer, they are suppose to be the consistant damage dealers that go through the shields, but with the season 6 nerfs, armor pen being removed, getting a support only every 3-4 games, the position is in a pretty bad spot at the moment.
