Help with LoL's Rank System

I'd like to address a problem that's been bugging me for a while now. Whenever I play ranked i get teammates (not all of them) that are not necessarily bad, but or they either have no map awareness, or they just don't know how to focus.
I won 7 game of all the provisionals, and was put in bronze 3. Last season i was bronze 1 in promos before the ranked reset, and a friend of mine was unranked last season. This season he won 6 games of 10 and was put in BRONZE 1. So i ask the following:

*1. How do i make people understand who to focus.

  1. Why if I win 7 games i get B3, and a unranked friend wins 6 games and he gets B1.

  2. How do I win games when 3 out of 5 people in your team don't cooperate, when you are fully motivational and don't harass them.*

I have used bad words a couple of times in game, just when i go nuts. I am not proud of this. But lately non-cooperative teammates made me bronze 4. My KDA is fine in game, I ward, I call SS on chat, I farm, I am following all the rules to be a good League of Legends player.

(No other person in game does the things i doitem 2044, SS, Etc.)

3 out of 5 people on their team are also not cooperating with their team. Which means, its really up to you to win your own games. You have a self-centered view of things, so much so that you act like the other team are gods and your team is shit. The only thing consistent about your team is you; thus, if you are in bronze, you belong in bronze because to your teammates, you are just another shit feeder like they are.

that's completely BS , you believe because your "diamond" the rank system isn't screwed up? 3 out the 5 on the enemies team is also not cooperating? i gone through games were i don't have anyone cooperating at all, or a game where everyone is cooperating. Where are you getting these facts again, and how do you know 3 out of the 5 aren't cooperating on the enemies side? I been in silver/gold/ and plat From my point of view it's all the same crap just a little less annoying as you go up.

main jungle and support because those are the roles that influence your teammates. play straight forward tankyish champions like volibear who is a beast at bronze and silver levels. Ping objectives. warn teammates if they are about to be ganked. make a habit of glancing at your minimap a lot. no matter what role you should drop a pink ward somewhere.

I usually play jungle, but supporting i only do when I'm on a duo because i know my adc wont feed
