Shen is no longer viable on Top or any other lane,he falls behind almost every Tank/Bruiser there is

I just can't play Shen Top anymore,the champion doesn't feel ahead even if you are 10-0-11,while almost every Top laner like Irelia,Maokai,Malphite and almost 99% of them could contribute much more in TF. He doesn't feel like a tank at all especially with his horrible stats that I can't get my head around this decision.Just because he uses energy doesn't mean he needs to have worse stats than Zyra,Vayne,Sona..

The problem with Shen is that he doesn't feel as Tanky as them,no amounts of items seems to matter,he does absolutely nothing in TF especially after the taunt.He does no damage beside those lousy 3 q's wich mid-late game seems to hit less than a super minion.

He only seems to be viable only when you have a decent team and knows what their doing,because you will never carry with Shen.

This rework has put him to sleep and even he's popularity has tanked into the ground.
