Nerf a few ASAP

Swain and Vladimir are extremely broken right now. Please nerf as soon as possible. My mid laner had to vs a Vlad last game and he got wrecked! Nothing he could do by the looks of it... Vlad gets damaged and heals it all up in 1 single Q, which has a very low CD. Swain gets infinite mana (basically) and can almost perma ult, giving him massive HP regen in fights. Both of the champs are beatable, but only in the perfect circumstances. Nerf please.

nerfed already. Nerfing them further would make them useless.

his Q sustain is a lot lower than it was pre rework outside of the empowered Q. It's like an 8 second CD at rank one...

not true in the slightest. His mana drains very fast. I suggest ignite, morellos, or executioners calling to shut them both down when it comes to healing.

i agree, if swain did have infinite mana he would be broken
