Legacy skin vault?

Kjell Bergqvist··2 votes·334 views

When is the legacy skin vault opening again, if at all? I don't know if there is already a kinda big board out there about this but im just wondering when the good ol' legacy skins will be available again. Lookin' to get that "Dragon knight mordekaiser" you know and i can't seem to find anything regarding the subject so any help/links/whatever is appreciated!
