How to Fix Zed's Problem...

In My Opinion, as someone who mained zed for about one year. I feel like the easiest way to "fix" him, isn't to nerf his abilities but just make Cleanse Able to remove his ult, Math: Cleanse cooldown is 3 and a half minutes Zed's ult is about 60 seconds of down time. Zed can ult successfully 2 out of 3 times

I know this won't make it so zed is complete crap, but it will make him a little bit weaker.
