lane swapping in champ select

i believe that with all the new updates its time to add the lane swap feature in champion select. in many or most of the games i play in now a good majority of people dont want to play they role they are put into. Well in the middle of the champion select screen may players even at high elo swap lanes, but the game doesnt recognize that. it could also mess with how the game treats that champion due to the fact that it doesnt know your playing a new role.
