Lucian by far. He's super flexible in the ADC role and can be found mid from time to time.
His build paths are also unrestrictive meaning you can play him by the meta builds you find on sites like OP.GG or go your own way and create a for-fun build with very little to no compromise. I mean have you seen AP Lucian on ARAM? It's funny stuff!
Personally I'm a big fan, and have been a big fan, of the infamous
(
or
)
combo dating back to season 5 I believe, back when Youmuu's had a critical strike rate stat. The combo is just as good as it was back then meaning it's the most consistent and reliable build on Lucian.
For Runes I always take Press the Attack. There was a point where I took Conqueror during Nexus Blitz to see how much True Damage I could dish out. While the numbers where high, due to all the applied true damage on your ulti. The numbers were merely inflated by how spread out the damage was. Without it, it was so difficult to focus down a target one at a time.
I'm a huge advocate for Overheal over Triumph as building
first allows you to get the immediate benefits from the 10% HP shield. It helps him out immensely in lane since his basic attack range is some of the shortest amongst all other marksmen. It staves off harass and let's you overpower your targets with that extra 10% HP advantage.
Legend: Alacrity is almost a must have on Lucian since attack speeds influences the delay between his 'duplex-autos' which is what I like to call his passive. It ensures a smooth transition between ability and basic attack weaving. If you play enough Lucian you'll start to see how much of a difference 18% attack speed has when it comes to using his basic attacks after every ability he casts.
Finally there's Coup De Grace. For a lot of people it seems like a no brainer since the stats it gives after a kill is so valuable. It complements Press the Attack immensely, allowing you start and end strong on the first target you focus on in a fight, leaving the rest of the enemies a shooting gallery for you to pock shots at.
For Secondary Runes I take Sorcery Using both Absolute Focus and Gathering Storm.
People may say that Absolute Focus isn't that astounding. But when built in conjunction with the right runes it's FREE STATS that no one else will have access to but you. Remember when I said I took Overheal? Well that extra 10% HP shield has effectively increased the margin where you're allowed the stats from Absolute Focus to 40% from 30%, making it much easier to maintain in skirmishes.
Gathering Storm I find is almost always a must have on most ADCs since late game is always a possibility and you want to be the player on your team that can handle the biggest threats your team will face.
This is just my favorite way to build Lucian. I have played him so many times that I seldom worry about building mana and CDR. BUT I will build an Essence Reaver from time to time as a total luxury purchase.

So many different possible setups for a supposedly braindead champ.
Conqueror + Domination (ravenous hunter) = On-hit 1v1 god and 20 min baron solo Fleet Footwork + Sorcery (nimbus cloak/celerity) + ghost = Crit build squishy eraser that moves really really fast Glacial Augment + Approach velocity + Precision = Who says Yi can't gank? Hail of Blades + Sorcery + Ignite = 2:30 minute first blood (lane build)

I use the standard Sorcery tree (Aery, Manaflow Band, Celerity, and Scorch) all the time. Nothing else is worth taking at the moment in a competitive situation. I hope that changes soon because I miss the variation.
I almost always go Resolve secondary as well. Bone Plating + Chrysalis is too good to pass up, but Bone Plating + Revitalize is good too.
Used to main anivia...
Comet, the mana ring the movement speed gathering storm

(JG)
Domination - Primary
Electrocute Sudden Impact Eyeball Collection Relentless Hunter
Sorcery - Secondary
Celerity Waterwalking
OR
Precision - Secondary
Triumph Legend: Alacrity/Coup De Grace
Jhin.
I've been running Dark Harvest on him for a few days now. Helps keep me focused since I have to pay attention to souls and such.
I'm experimenting with a build that was recommended for Fleet to see if it works well with DH, but so far I feel like I should just stick to crit. That or I haven't had a good game yet. I tried to try it out in practice mode, but that quickly turned into "how many souls can I get in an hour". I almost got to 800 before my fucking laptop tabbed me out cause I had to charge it, and in those 5 seconds I accidentally shredded the Nexus like it was paper.
All the runes are Dark Harvest - Taste of Blood - Eyeball Collection - Ravenous Hunter. The secondary ones are Inspiration with Biscuit Delivery and Cosmic Insight, since I use my abilities more than I should, and I like the extra health/mana regen, since it helps me stay in lane longer.
In terms of ranked, I have no fucking idea. I know I'm not good enough for ranked in general so I just stick to normals to perfect my technique and see what works best for me. I have only been playing for over a year now, so I'm still learning. I'm always learning, really. Hopefully I'll be able to climb this upcoming season, though, since being in Bronze fucking sucks(rank shaming in ARAM is the best shit I've ever seen, I die laughing every time).
Gangplank. Kleptomancy for passive/poke lanes against enemies with low mobility or low damage output. Grasp against hard-matchup enemies that require stacking of defense.

Sorcery/Domination
What is a main? Play fill like me and then you don't need to main anything.
I use generic runes so I don't have to think about that part of the game.
the boy himself,
Most likely Aery, Scorching, nullify orb, celerity for sorcery and resolve demolish and conditioning
[sg-poppy]
I generally take electrocute w/ sorcery 2ndary. And haven't done it in a while, but predator is really fun too
Many builds, but always revolving around Electrocute
with Dark Harvest, Arcane Comet, PTA, Fleet footwork, and Conqueror. Just depends on the games and who I face.
conqueror.

Conqueror/LT with Sorcery secondary

I love playing
with either Phase Rush, Electrocute, G. Augment or Spellbook.
Also Ravenous Hunter with her Q is gross. (Revert her please).
.
Electrocute, sudden impact, eyeball collection, ravenous hunter, celerity, scorch.
with ANY RUNE
Utility:
Glacial Augment
Magical Footwear
Biscuit Delivery
Cosmic Sight (time warp tonic got nerfed)
Cheap shot
Ingenious Hunter
Assassin: Electrocute or Dark Harvest Taste of Blood Eyeball Collection Ultimate Hunter or Ravenous Hunter Transcendence Gathering Storm or Scorch
Imagine if I mained a real champion.
I started with Udyr in Season 2, but after I played my first game with Jax (I had about 20 champions at the time) I knew he was a much better fit for me (mainly with his different styles of play).
Mainly use Conqueror for Jax but I use Lethal Tempo, PTA, Glacial and Dark Harvest. The best thing about Jax (but not so much in the past 2 seasons) is the amount of items that actually good on him. He can use AD, AS, AP and tanky items. You can go full AD, full mage, full lifesteal, on-hit etc. Or a mix of all. He is the most hybrid-like champion in the game and that's what I like so much about him.
That and his lore has always been pretty fascinating to me

is my mid main. Versus melees like Zed, I run comet/mfb/transcendence/gathering storm and eyeball/UH or RH. Versus ranged enemies, I run electrocute/cheap shot/eyeball/UH or RH and transcendence/GS.
is my top main. I always run spellbook/magic boots/dematerializer/cosmic insight and transcendence/GS
is probably my best jg, but I haven't tried out enough stuff to have a well-defined set for him. I like PTA on him, but dark harvest can really, really ramp up, even if you feed early. For DH, I'd go

any runes trick2g use.
: Irelia
Conqueror, triumph, & secondary bone plating & chrysalis.
Runes depend on what the team needs me to be.
Midline Tank Bard (the go-to): Electrocute Cheap Shot Zombie Ward Ingenious Hunter Chrysalis Bone Plating
Itemize for cheap HP, resists, and CDR.
Damage Bard: Hail of Blades Cheap Shot Zombie Ward Ingenious Hunter Triumph Alacrity/Tenacity
Itemize for attack speed and up front AA damage.
Initiator Bard: Glacial Augment Hexflash Future's Market Approach Velocity Cheap Shot Ingenious Hunter
What specific items you buy don't matter much, except that you must buy Twin Shadows. Don't run this against anyone who either can't be slowed or who can avoid your ult even if slowed.
Redemption Carrier Bard: Why are you playing Bard if you just want to buy Redemption? You disgust me.
Electrocute, sudden impact, eyeball collection, ultimate hunter; Secondary either resolve or sorcery
Conqueror, triumph, whichever legend is best for matchup, coup de grace unless they have a ton of tanks; Secondary resolve with bone plating and second wind
spellbook
and
share a boat. i run PtA with Triumph, Alacrity, and Coup de Grace along with Transcendence and Gathering Storm.
