The worst assassin at the moment.

In my opinion I feel like rengar is the worst assassin by far, they have nerfed him to a point where he can't do anything. Without his ult he is useless and his ult cooldown is insanely high and his damage output is very little. He is labeled an assassin but with the "tank meta' they are trying to make him some hybrid tank like why, he doesn't do damage as it is while going full lethality or damage and yet they want him to be tanky when building tank would make his ultimate to be useless.
