Someone clearly hates a champion that is in a fine place. Clearly this player does not know how to lane or deal with Ziggs, as evident by there being nothing to say why or how so.

Whatever you do, do NOT verbally state your claims about this yordle and the issues you have against him. You know, like a good player who has something against a champion and stats why and not just says "guts him". It till certainly be done.

I don't think they do. From their statistics, they should see Ziggs is in a good place. There may be one thing or two that is strong with him, but not great enough nor abused enough to change it anytime soon. Once again, don't state what the problem is, your complaint will be heard and addressed.
