fizz is a bit annoying

so im gonna start by saying that when i was in bronze i use to think every champ was counterable in some way and i was just bad or didnt know how to play against certain champion but as i climb the ranks and face players that are better, that optimism is just getting lowered. prime example being fizz. i dont think fizz is broken i just think he has too many advantages, the only changes i think would tone down fizz would be to make the slow on his ult weaker and reduce the ap ratio on his dot and ult while also reducing the aoe of his e. additionally, theres something about his e's invulnerabilty that makes it feel so unfair. its not like fioras or vladimirs. maybe its the fact that he can skip twice with it or the fact that its on such a short cooldown. i really think it should be put on static cooldown so fizz really has to consider when to use it instead of using it every 8 second to poke and farm and scape and engage. further more reducing the missile speed of his ult. i know this sounds like a lot but theyre just my ideas for toning down fizz.
