so i log onto league and i wanna have some fun playing mid lane solo queue. I pick mid and top and then i get placed support after one person dodged. Then i dodge cuz i dont wanna play support and then i get punished for a dodge queue timer. This is so bs. Why should i get punished because i got forcefully placed in a role i dont want to play. This needs to be fixed.

HalcyonDweller1 votesEveryone has to deal with it a little bit so that nobody is forced to deal with it all the time. Things used to be worse back when people would just call roles and it was a free-for-all with people feeling way more entitled to each others' roles. Now it is harder for people to argue that they deserve your role, because now the system assigns it.
Trust me it's better with the current system. You play one game filled and then you have protection for a while afterwards, guaranteeing that you will get one of your selected roles with significantly less risk of teammates trying to claim your role or steal it.
