Big trouble with in game size please help!

Today I bought my first ever PC computer. Prior to today I was always playing league on a mac, now I've tried my first time on a PC. I'm playing on Microsoft SurfaceBook with an i7 processor. (I don't know much about computers so bare with me please) I went straight into a normal game instead of testing settings in a training mode first which was a mistake. Anyways everything in game appears SO small that its near impossible for me to play. The chat is so tiny I don't see what people are saying. the minimap is so small I cant see what's going on. Health bars are the same as well. but the worst part is that my cursor is also just as small making it almost impossible for me to select the correct targets from one minion to another. I checked in the settings of the game and everything is listed as being at max size. I just cant figure out what to do. Please help!! I'm playing in 3000x2000 resolution which seemed to be the default when I was in game I'm not sure how to attach screenshots onto a post on here. I'm really not computer savvy. But I have them if people want/need to see in order to help.
