nah his Ap burst on single target got alot better and more reliable. i will miss the aoe W damage but the new W allows you to 1 shot someone an kill people without missing your E on a random minion/monster. new W also allows you to be more than team fighter and straight up demolish towers and objectives.

he lost his poke, but when people come at you you can W Q them or if you wanna play super agressive when ahead you can W then E will burst the hell out of someone, mostly cause of the homing from E you dont lost much damage, but yea the in minion wave poke has been nerfed, but you can W then AA them for good damage also, now it has a AD scaling the hybrid build is pretty good. then Cooldown is actually the same. its always been 10 sec base.
