Remakes
I think remake timers should be moved from 3 minutes to 5 minutes so summoners have enough time to reconnect in the event of a client crash.

Agreed. People reconnect at 2:45 and are buying their items when games are getting remade. Happened to me today. With how finicky Riot's servers can be with initial connecting, they need to give people a chance if they load in late.
Usually at 5 minutes the person is already at a huge disadvantage, and generally it ends up costing the game (as weird and petty as that sounds). Why can't people just check their ping and equipment before they go into a match.
I mean, I wouldn't mind if it was 5 minutes, but I prefer 3 minutes.
