Healing, shielding, shielding, healing, how to counter?

So I've got a problem with the game lately. Especially with adcs. It's so hard to kill them right now, full combo by anything I play, no matter where is just blocked by a massive shield and their insane healing from runes. It's so stupid. Especially if they are hypercarries that never invested in any lifesteal, because why would they?
