A buff bug in summonor's rift

We just finished a weird game which was really "unbelievable" because when our ganked mid to kill a . Rammus carried double buffs and he died under Kathrus's passive. After Kathrus respowned, we saw him still carry on the double buffs from rammus. I dont think its possible because Kathrus killed Rammus after he died using his passive. Its not possible to transfer the buffs. Most importantly, everytime we saw this kathrus, he still carried the double buffs. He kept carrying the buffs during the whole game. It's really weird. The player claimed that there was no buff effects on him but actually I saw he had 10 mana regen per second which i consider it can be brought only from buff not from runes, items or masteries. Is it a bug from the new beta of summonor's rift? Or was he cheating on that?? I just want to know how can he do that because this is the first time i see this situation..

Also, i am experiencing a lot of bugs in the laungh page, the home page, and also the friend list and invitation notice, and even in the chat room.

1. I cant see a full site of laungh page
2. when I am loading in to a gameplay I cant see how many people accept the game and how many dont.
3. I cant fresh myy friend list. Not even a response from clicking any button.
4. I cant see my invitation notice and i cant accept the invitation lol
5. When i was talking to my friend, eveytime i typed new words, the old words which i already sent appeared again sending out with the new words. it looks like i: hi (1st sentence i sent) hi (second) how are you hi (third) how are you what are you doing?

Can anyone help me with that LOL
