Not getting my end of season rewards after someone inted twice on my account.

So I came back from my trip to see that someone had played 2 games on my account where he went 0/5/0 and 0/17/1. This got me banned and now I will not get my season rewards. I spent over 410 games in SoloQ in one year, All for nothing. I jsut ask that one of you rioters please check the IP of the game and look at the IP of the other games. I never ever inted in my whole life since that's a complete time waste, and the person who did it litterly ran it down from second one.

Submitted a ticket and the only response I got is that I'm banned now and that I shouldn't have been hacked, like wtf can I do about that?
