First off, to answer your initial question - Teambuilder has allowed me to play with players far better than I normally would. I had a diamond solo que/challenger team ranked player wreck me mid like I was a b5.
The problem with your logic is you make the assumption that more experience equals better play.
How is it I can spend the majority of my time in co-op matches and consistently make silver whereas people who almost exclusively pvp and have 3 times my normal wins still find themselves in the bowels of bronze?
Getting annoyed and frustrated with teammates is nothing new. You're overestimating the value of experience without considering the importance of understanding.
You'd be far better off focusing on things like removing duo-que to eliminate variance or ensuring they at least have two full tier 3 rune pages =P
More experience equals better play. Period. You learn something new from every match. At least i do.
Think about your build when you first start with a new champion. You learn in what order should you buy them, depending on specific situations. 5 matches don't make a difference.
I don't care about that match. I played very poorly myself, because i didn't really knew what i was doing there. I started playing Morgana today. Her mechanics are very basic. After a bot-match, i started playing normal, and after 2 matches i played ranked. I won some i lost more.
I think that champions are too accessible right now. The reward would be greater if you'd have to make some kind of commitment to a champion.
