Help with Ekko?

Hi, I recently got my hands on Ekko since he was on sale and I've been meaning to play him for a while. I was looking for guides or builds to use for him but I haven't really found any super great detailed ones for season 7. I don't normally play top or mid so I could use the help. I don't need runes or anything, just info for item sets or masteries wherever you can play him (like top, mid and jungle). So if anyone is an Ekko main here or knows how to play him well that is willing to help me out it'd be appreciated. Or you could just link me to a detailed guide for S7 like I was looking for if you have one because I probably could have easily missed one. Thanks!
