I am trying to play with my foreign friend

I am trying to play with my foreign friend, who is in S.Korea. I thought it would be great to stay in touch with friend this way. Then I figured something out. We are playing on different servers. And somebody should create a new account. Now, I created kr lol account, and the ping is so high that I could barely play. I have read lots and lots of discussions on lol community, and they did not help me at all(they did help me understand how the system works)! I have seen streamers in na, playing on kr server with low pings. How can I get better pings? Not just by a physical location, but in a way I can do it easily.
