Pretty sure things have the stats of the level they are when cast, but I've never actually considered it. Could test it in a custom pretty easily though.
Timethief491 votesThey have the damage of the rank you cast it at. Tested it with Zac Jump while in the air.
Fízz v21 votesSure? I think when I I E with Fizz and then rank it up mid-air, it does more damage than before.
Timethief491 votesMaybe thats different cause its a 2 cast ability, even if the 2nd part is autocast from beeing on the pole for too long.
