Leaverbustered without leaving anything...

I just logged on and tried to get in a match and am now suffering a 20 min penalty with no leaves or AFK's. I have no idea what's going on right now. Please advise. Played ranked match earlier today with no penalty before getting in, and played entire match. I have done nothing since then and am for some reason still being leaver bustered. also didn't receive a notice telling me how many matches I before I return to normal. :P HELP
