Is Ezreal still a competitive champ?

Haven't played in ages, thinking about starting up again. Is Ezreal still a decent ADC? If not what are some of the more relevant adc's now?

Jinx and Vayne are the best, Tristana, Caitlyn, and Draven are 2nd tier.

Ez is pretty bad right now tbh- he has some buffs coming up that might help a bit.

Ez is only good AP, but needs to stack AP + mana problems, if he spams + Q is physical dmg.

Ezreal is underated and highskillcap They have a buff in plans for him (Which is absolutely not needed if you ask me) + 0.5 ad ratio on E

You can still climb with him if your'e good but in my opinon there's alot better champions then him that doesn't have a poor laning phase.

In my opinion if you want to climb then you should pick lane bullies since then you can snowball of that and shut down their adc. Lane bullies like Lucian, Graves, Kalista, Caitlyn, Ashe is very good if you know how to play them.

But the best ADCs right now are Vayne, Tristana, Sivir and Jinx but they are all pretty boring.

well no one wants to deal with his lane phase since it's pretty weak as he has heavy mana problems like Varus so i'm pretty sure they are picked mid only for blue buff and poke they have but other than that ez is pretty decent
