4K resolution monitors make LoL almost UNPLAYABLE

The mouse, lettering, symbols and other parts of the UI appear incredibly small and make gameplay incredibly frustrating as i have to carefully focus in to actually read what it says (for instance the health of baron/dragon/scuttle when trying to confirm/steal).

I've tried "override high DPI behavior" in the LeagueClient properties to no avail, any fixes?

Can't you use a lower resolution?

A /LOT/ of games don't fully work with 4k.

I considered a 4k monitor but because lol in 4k is like you say, I went for a high refresh rate 1440p monitor, I prefer the refresh rate upgrade 60-165 than the resolution upgrade 1440p-4k, but that's preference.

I have the same issue but everytime and I tried lowering the resolution but it just makes my screen smaller with a black boarder... :/
