I have 20 champs Level 31...
So what's the secret handshake we have now to play ranked? I wasted a bunch of BE on champs I don't want just to get 20, now I can't play?
This is what I have come to expect from Riot.
YES! get mad because you don't understand the requirement for 20 champs.
if your team bans 5 of your champs. the enemy bans 5 of your champs. the enemy picks 5 of your champs, and your 4 teammates pick 4 of your champs,
5+5+5+4 = 19
so you need at least 1 champ to play.
theres a reason to the requirement. as for your particular case, not sure whats going on, but I'd be willing to bet you arent counting right.
are you sure you're not counting the free rotation?

Update, same champs same profile same PC same day, just started a new game and now I can play ranked.
YAY, now I just need to get these first 15 or 20 losses out of the way so riot will stop placing me in gold games.
you can't play free rotation champs in ranked that you don't already own, because you are required to know the champ you are bringing into ranked queues.
Just buy the champions you like playing and don't just play one champion or one role. Who knows. Maybe some day, you'll want to play adc instead of mid. I played before the whole dynamic queue debacle. Made sure I had 3 champions for each role and skipped runes for a long ass time. I was gimped for along time in ranked when I started and I went 2/8 and still somehow got silver. I don't count that as getting silver since it was skewed. Just by things are going, I know can make silver. Iade it to b2 this season. A good rule of thumb is to buy easy champions that you like first and what everyone else uses second.
riot mate... doesn't matter how much u spend streamers are rioters main advertisement.......5 guys burgers and fries way, employee advertisement, screenshot. i will be blocked , good luck hope you see this before hand.
