Club tag is after the name, Rioter Tag is before the name.

There is no such thing unless it's a 3rd party application. "Riot" at the beginning is just part of their name, and they do not all have it, and there's no emblem;

Riot employees have "Riot" in their names I met one on another account, he worked for the art department, and was a nautilus jungle main before he was meta.

Rioter's have to request Riot be added to the name, and even then many use alt accounts.

Well if he knows he/she was a rioter I could only assume Riot was in their name.

That's why I'm asking. People sometimes claim they are a Rioter and are just lying, then someone comes and blames Riot for their behavior when it was just a troll.
